The DNA of Individuals

These sessions focus on how talents combine, also referred to as Strengths Dynamics. Strength Dynamics are how your strengths interact and blend with each other. An analogy of your Strengths Dynamics would be the flavor of fruit punch. Fruit punch gets its unique flavor from the combined flavors of individual fruits. In these sessions, you will gain a vivid picture of the interaction and blending of your unique talents and how to leverage them. The DNA of a Team

These sessions focus on understanding how to use strengths to develop powerful teams. Some teams are dependent where the members are totally dependent on the leader. Others are independent where everyone’s doing their own thing in a kind of parallel way, and not collaborative. And the other is an interdependent team where people find out how they can use their differences as a strength. Interdependent teams are incredibly powerful because you can have all the bases covered with the collective strengths of the team. You also can have some people’s strengths cover other people’s weaknesses. When a group of highly skilled specialists come together and work in an interdependent way you get the best performance in every roll. The DNA of Excellence

These sessions focus on strengths development. Your TOP 5 Strengths are actually what’s referred to as Talent Themes. These sessions cover how you can actively and intentionally invest in, and build skill and knowledge in, your talent themes to form strengths. If you ever watch the Olympics, professional sports, or talented artists performing, you will see some examples of what developed strengths look like. Take a step into a better future, a future where you know how to develop your talent themes into strengths for maximum productivity, engagement, and performance.

The DNA of Learning

These sessions focus specifically on identifying how you uniquely learn and remember information. You will then gain different effective strategies of world class memory practitioners, cognitive psychologists, and even magicians through a lens of strengths. These sessions are for anyone who enjoys learning or would enjoy having a highly developed memory. They are also for anyone currently in school or practicing for the SAT, GRE, MCAT, Bar Exam, etc. A trained memory also makes your life much easier in many ways: less absentmindedness, a significant increase in ability to learn people’s names, improvement in work performance, and it’s a fun topic to bring up during interviews or casual conversation. The DNA of Problem Solving

These sessions focus on how to map your Strengths and even the Strengths of teammates or friends to specific problems, specific goals, or specific objectives. You will learn strategies for using your strengths to remove obstacles, fix problems, or reach objectives and goals. Take a step into a better future, a future where you solve problems, reach goals, and overcome obstacles using your strengths.

The DNA of Creativity

These sessions focus on how you can use your strengths to better understand and improve the creative processes. Among professions different people use different sets of talent to achieve greatness. Becoming aware of how your unique talents interact with the creative process can improve writers block, imposter syndrome, improve your well-being, and improve your ability to be creative and to produce incredible ideas and projects. Take a step into a better future, a future where you maximize your creative process with your strengths.

The DNA of Well-Being

These sessions focus on five different areas of Well-Being. These five areas represent five broad categories that are essential to most people. The first element is about how you occupy your time or simply liking what you do every day: your Career Well-Being. The second element is about having strong relationships and love in your life: your Social Well-Being. The third element is about effectively managing your economic life: your Financial Well-Being. The fourth element is about having good health and enough energy to get things done on a daily basis: your Physical Well-Being. The fifth element is about the sense of engagement you have with the area where you live: your Community Well-Being. While 66% of people are doing well in at least one of these areas, just 7% are thriving in all five according to GALLUP. If we’re struggling in any one of these domains, as most of us are, it damages our well-being and wears on our daily life. Management is much like working a puzzle. In this way, you will learn how to leverage your employees’ strengths in the most effective way to achieve your organization or team’s ultimate goals. The DNA of Leadership

There have been many great leaders throughout history. As with the great leaders of the past, the great leaders of the future are the ones who will maximize their unique Strengths for leadership to move themselves and others towards a better future.
